Do you have plans to cover the rest of the streets in Cape Charles historic district? Specifically the 500 and 600 blocks of Monroe between Plum and Fig? If so, when do you expect them to come online? Is this only internet or TV as well?
Ms. McClaren,

Please send information on your rates for various levels of service and installation information. I live on Ames Street in Onancock and have observed aerial fiber installations on my street. My house has an existing underground conduit that brought land line phone into the house. I trust the information can be forwarded to my email address.

I know the map of Cape Charles is not up to date with service provided now on Tazewell. Can you forecast when service will be available to a residence on corner of Monroe Ave and Nectarine Street?
The buildout in Cape Charle is now available for any folks in the Town. Please feel free to reach out to our staff to get a quote for service.
How about Nancock Gardens, specifically for me Belote Lane? I know fiber is already on Nancock feeding the Neubeam tower.
Do you have service on Miles Wharf Rd, Exmore ?
I live in Onancock on School Street near Kerr Street and Market Street. School Street has never really had a history of any internet providers. Do you think you could get it to us here?
How long does it usually take to set up everything?
Are there any plans to extend service to Bailey Beach Drive and the Cashville area?
Bailey Beach and Mt Nebo? We keep hearing you’re funded and coming but no sign of you ….yet. Any news?
Bailey Neck and Mt. Nebo were awarded funding from Congresswoman Luria to help get the area built. To receive this funding, the ESVBA must work with the USDA to get the grant funds available which includes environmental reports, endangered species reports and quite a few other hurdles before we can start construction. We are progressing this as quickly as possible to get this area built.
Your response to service was 6/23 for Mt Nebo Rd. , has there been any progress been made on getting broadband to that area.
We continue to work with the USDA as it is their grant appropriation and we have submitted each request as well as continued to follow-up. We do all we can to get this long-standing award deployed to the community.
Sirs-Do you offer ESBB service in the Bay Creek section of Cape Charles and if not do you have plans to add it at some time in the future?
Thanks!
Mr. Wedeman, we do not currently have service in Bay Creek as we are focused on areas of the Shore that are unserved. We have no near-term plans to add Bay Creek unless there was a large need due to service not being available or being substandard.
