EXMORE, VA. (June 28, 2018) — Eastern Shore of Virginia Broadband Authority (ESVBA) Fiber to the Home (FTTH) service has expanded to two new areas. Service is available immediately…

How far south down Upshers Neck Road is this service available?

      • ESVBA Reply December 20, 2019 at 4:30 pm

        Patti:

The ESVBA has fiber up Bradfords Neck Rd from the Post office in Quinby however, we do not have immediate funding to go South down Upshers Neck Rd. We are continuing to work on additional funding to build more of the shore and will keep updating our website as new areas become available.

Do you have any intentions of finishing the fiber run down Cherrydale Dr. in Eastville? I know that there are multiple homes in the area that would benefit.

        Mr. Leland:

We do have fiber on Cherrydale Dr coming from Eastville but stop at the railroad tracks. If you are between the tracks and Eastville you can get fiber broadband now. Please reach out to our sales staff for details and a quote for service.

There about 120 residents either living full time or seasonal cottages here at Smith Beach at the extreme end of Smith Beach Road off Savage Neck Rd. We see fiber cable being hung on telephone poles on Smith Beach Rd is this for ESBA service?

Is high speed internet available (fiber or otherwise) south of the post office in Quinby?

Is the service available in Bradford Acres Subdivision, just past the US Post Office in Quinby? Thank you!

Is this available in Bradford Acres in Quinby yet and if not, when may it be available? There are several homes in this subdivision that would benefit from this. Thank you~!~

ESVBA has installed fiber down Old Town Neck, Eastville. Do you have any intentions of providing service to Barlow Creek Lane in near future.

      Thank you
